If you are interested in selling your timeshare property, for any reason, please review the check-list below to see if your property might qualify to be added to our inventory:

In the event that you do not meet these qualifications, we still may be able to assist you. Perhaps you still have a mortgage on your timeshare or you are behind on maintenance fees, real estate taxes or assessments. If the current economic situation has made this financial obligation a hardship, legal assistance is available to help you lawfully cancel your timeshare contract regardless of how much you still owe. In addition, it may be possible for you to recoup any upfront listing fees that you have paid previously.
